As members of the Sage Developer Programme JRAH have access to the Sage SDK (Software Development Kit). The SDK provides the software tools required to access Sage accountancy and ACT data. JRAH use the SDK to help our customers in a number of ways.

Systems Integration.

An increasing number of businesses sell through more than one channel. We have customers who sell over the counter, over the phone, through their own ecommerce website and through online market places such as eBay and Amazon.

Re-keying sales data into an accountancy package can be a time consuming task. We have used the Sage SDK to develop integration solutions that allow our customers to take data from a number of different data sources and load it into Sage. This saves time and eliminates errors that occur during manual data entry.

Custom Reporting.

The ways businesses are run vary dramatically and sales and financial reporting requirements cannot always be met by the standard reporting functions provided by Sage. Access to Sage data using the Sage SDK allows us to develop custom reports. If the data exists in Sage, it can be retrieved and reported on.
